Program Results Enhance Potential (PREP) - HEROS designed the Program Results Enhance Potential (PREP) Project to help Family Resource Centers (FRCs) who partner with United Way of Metropolitan Nashville (UWMN) improve procedures for collecting and tracking outcome data. PREP operates under the fundamental principal that effective and efficient use of data leads to better program management and improved program services. HEROS works with 11 area FRCs to facilitate the process of selecting community goals and choosing data indicators to measure those goals. Neighborhood goals are then linked to individual FRC programs, strategies, and outcomes. Tennessee SUCCESS
